My stay at Hoang Trinh Hotel was good, with a warm welcome and really good service. although the shower in my room had a bit of a leak. The staff, especially Hiên, Cúc, and Phú, consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. making the experience more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Old Town, which added to the charm of my visit.

I had a fantastic stay at Hoang Trinh Hotel for five nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Lin, who made me feel at home. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still quiet. My only minor drawback was that I wished I had more time to explore all the dining options nearby.

My stay at Hoang Trinh Hotel was filled with warmth and hospitality. the staff truly made me feel at home. The breakfast on the balcony was good, especially the amazing banana pancakes. however, the room's privacy was a bit of a concern due to the balcony facing an internal staircase.

I had a lovely stay at Hoang Trinh Hotel. The staff provided very nice service, always going out of their way to help, but I was disappointed by the presence of pests in my room.
